Interactive Defense, LLC, a strategic partnership between F3 Technologies (PINKSHEETS: FTCH), an Atlanta based Software as a Service (SaaS) company, and NobleHeroes, Inc., announces the launch of Interactive Defense System; designed to integrate the communication of all Public Safety departments with each other and with their respective citizens.

Interactive Defense System (IDS) is a software as a system (SAAS) platform developed to integrate HeroSpace (a Public Safety networking platform) and Community Watch (a community specific networking platform) via the Safety Center; the core of the Interactive Defense System. The Safety Center enables multi-directional, real time communication between governmental agencies and their residents, allowing for the up to the minute dissemination of critical information. Text messages can be sent from the Safety Center to recipients' cell phones and/or email accounts and text devices. This allows members of Public Safety departments to target specific groups and/ or geographical regions within their database(s) and inform recipients of potential dangers, "Be on the Lookout" notices (BOLOs), missing and wanted persons' bulletins, etc. Conversely, the public has the ability to directly communicate concerns, questions and information back to relevant Public Safety officials in a safe and structured manner.

The HeroSpace component of this system promotes networking of all Public Safety departments within a jurisdiction, as well as with departments system-wide, which allows them to instantly share data via the secured site to work more collaboratively. In addition, this platform serves as a department's virtual Roll Call Room, providing a "greener" alternative for meeting a department's organizational needs. It also operates as an interdepartmental professional networking tool, encouraging the development of camaraderie between disciplines and within departments. Additional features of the platform include the ability to post profiles, email, personal and departmental calendar functions, message boards and more.

The companion platform, Community Watch, serves as a residential social networking, organizational and interactive information center. Residents can utilize the site to keep households organized and remain connected to their neighbors while on the go. Features, such as neighborhood and family calendars, message boards, photo sharing, organizational tools email, among others, help create a sense of community.

Interactive Defense System operates as a hosted (SaaS) solution, enabling users to deploy a complete notification system quickly and easily, integrating Public Safety departments via secured sites without investing in, or maintaining hardware, software, additional phone lines or the need for increased manpower to operate the system. The system was designed by Public Safety professionals actively working in the field today to proactively meet the needs of today's Public Safety workforce.
